TERMS RELATING TO THE REDEMPTION OF DISCOUNT VOUCHER
How to Redeem your Voucher – You can only redeem your voucher directly at NEO Paints Windhoek Retail store.
You cannot use this voucher in conjunction with any other sales discounts or promotional offers.
This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only.
The voucher expiry date will be announced. You will not be able to use this voucher after the set date.
The promotional voucher has no cash redemption value.
Our standard terms and conditions of sale apply in respect of any orders placed using the promotional vouchers.
The management retains the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable.
We are not responsible if the voucher is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions will be governed by Namibian law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Namibia.
