Application Areas
• Interior use or shaded areas only. The product is NOT suitable for use on the exterior that is exposed to sunlight.
• Dry (15% moisture maximum) concrete/cement floors.
• Concrete or cement garage and workshop floors.
• Do not use on wooden floors except when the floor is new and not yet coated with floor paint.
Product Features
• Highly abrasion and chemical resistant.
• Highly washable and cleanable.
• High hiding power and film build.
• NEO Epoxy Floor Paint is based on a pure epoxy resin and cured with a polyamide resin. The pigmentation is formulated to achieve an excellent abrasion resistance and long wear. It is a twin pack system and the catalyst must be added to the base paint before application.
• Epoxy resins are not suitable for direct exposure to sunlight. They should only be used indoors or on shaded areas. It is very important to prepare the substrate properly. New concrete floors must be well cured, firm, oil and grease free and completely dry.
• After application allow three days drying before driving vehicles on surface.
• Floors coated with NEO Epoxy Floor Paint can easily be kept clean by washing the floor with warm soap water or other household detergents. If severely soiled, use a high pressure or steam cleaner, it will not damage the coating.
• Old workshop floors, which are saturated with oil and grease, cannot be coated. Cleaning with solvents and degreasers will only remove the oil out of the top layer and the oil from the lower sections will rise to the surface and the coating will lose its adhesion.
• Two to three coats of NEO Epoxy Floor Paint are used for best results.

HEAT REFLECTIVE ROOF PAINT
ARH00
NEO Heat Reflective Roof Paint is a water-based, acrylic, durable roof coating with heat reflective abilities.
Application Areas
• Cement tiles, new or weathered.
• Fibre cement sheeting, new or weathered.
• Plaster.
• Previously painted substrates.
• Primed metal and wooden substrates.
Product Features
• NEO Heat Reflective Roof Paint, especially when white or in pastel shades, reduces the temperature in especially buildings with metal roofs considerably. It contains reflective minerals, which reflect infrared light rays from the surface of the coating. This results in a considerable reduction in the roof surface temperature and consequently the room temperatures.
• Highly durable and UV resistant for the harsh Namibian climate.
• Highly water resistant.
• Excellent adhesion.
• Low odour.
• Quick drying – two coats can be applied in one day.
• If correctly applied to a properly prepared substrate, the product has a life expectancy of 5 to 7 years, possibly longer. The use of the reflective minerals has a positive effect on the lifespan of the roof coating. Not only infrared but also harmful UV rays are reflected, thus slowing down the degradation of the coating.
Application Details

• Primed metal and wooden substrates.
• It is ideal to protect machinery, plant
Product Features
• Highly abrasion and chemical resistant.
• Highly washable and cleanable.
• Excellent adhesion to range of properly prepared substrates.
• High hiding power and film build.
• NEO Epoxy Enamel is based on pure epoxy resin cured with a polyamide resin. It is a twin pack system. The catalyst must be added to the paint base before use and stirred well. A 5-litre pack consists of approximately 4 litres base paint and approximately 1 litre catalyst. Once mixed, the paint must be used within 6-8 hours. The higher the temperature, the faster the reaction between the paint base and the activator. At low temperatures the reaction between the paint base and activator is slowed down considerably and it may take days before the coating gets hard.
• NEO Epoxy Enamel forms a very hard and dense coating. It is resistant against alkalis, mild acids, water and mineral oil substances. Epoxy coatings are used to protect machinery and plant in aggressive environments such as fish processors, mines, tanneries, and meat processing plants.
• Two coats of NEO Epoxy Enamel are used for best results.
• Epoxy coatings are not suitable for exterior use since they will deteriorate in UV light.

Surface Preparation
• Dry (15% Moisture Maximum) New Plaster or Concrete | • Make sure concrete is firm and completely dry. • Remove all dust, foreign material, fungal and algae growth. • Fill and seal all visible cracks with a suitable sealant. • Apply the first coat of NEO Swimmingpool Paint thinned 10% with NEO Enamel Thinner (et01) or NEO Quick Enamel Thinner (qe00). • Allow to dry for 2 days. • Spray water over the entire primed surface, drain pool and allow to dry for 2 days. Watch for bubbles or blisters. If they occur, then more than likely the substrate was not dry or there is a back pressure of water in the area. Either way, coating such a pool will give difficulties. • Apply the second coat undiluted. • Allow 5-7 days after the last coat is applied before the pool is refilled with water. |
• Surfaces Previously Painted with Chlorinated Rubber | • Remove all loose, flaking and bubbling paint. • Remove all dust, foreign material, fungal and algae growth. • Sand damaged areas well, wash down and allow to dry overnight. • Apply the first coat of NEO Swimmingpool Paint thinned 10% with NEO Enamel Thinner (et01) or NEO Quick Enamel Thinner (qe00). • Apply the second coat undiluted. |
• Marbalite | • For Marbalite, the surface must be firm and free of loose dust. • If, as for many pools, the Marbalite surface is glass smooth, it must be acid washed as follows: o Wear gloves and goggles while mixing and applying acid. o Make up acid wash by mixing 3 parts pool acid to 7 parts water. o Use a mop to apply the acid wash. o Leave on the Marbalite for 10-15 minutes. o Rinse off with clean water at least 3 times. • Apply the first coat of NEO Swimmingpool Paint thinned 10% with NEO Enamel Thinner (et01) or NEO Quick Enamel Thinner (qe00). • Apply the second coat undiluted. |
• Treating Cracks in Pools | • Widen the cracks with a disk-grinding machine using a cutting blade for mortar and concrete. • Cut the crack open at least 5 mm wide and 10 to 15 mm deep. • Fill up this crack with an acrylic sealant, applied from a dispensing tube directly into the widened crack. • Do not use silicon sealant since no paint will adhere to it. • Sand the hardened surface and apply the first coat of NEO Swimmingpool Paint thinned 10% with NEO Enamel Thinner (et01) or NEO Quick Enamel Thinner (qe00). • Apply the second coat undiluted. |
